A Malaysian subsidiary, Green Coal Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., was incorporated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in January 2025.
The board of directors is made up of Messrs. Carl Gustavsson, Qais Al Lamki and Mikhael Iskhandaar.
The plans is to initially build a Malaysian GreenCoal production facility with 2 production lines with an annual production of 108,000 metric tonnes of GreenCoal, budgeted at USD 40,000,000.
The project is scheduled to grow organically to a total of 20 production lines and an annual production of 1,080,000 metric tonnes of GreenCoal.
