A three party Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Ministry of Industry and Dangote Cement Ethiopia, during an event organised by Green Coal Ethiopia Plc and supported by Manufacturing Africa.
Attendees included representatives of the British, Austrian, Dutch, French and Swedish embassies, of the Ministries of Industry and Agriculture, of the Prime Minister’s office, as well as of the Cement Producers Association, several prominent banks, bilateral organizations and industry stakeholders.
At the same event ARIA (i.e. the Africa Resilience Investment Accelerator, an initiative funded by British International Investment BII, Proparco, and the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank FMO) established a Memorandum of Understanding with Manufacturing Africa to back projects endorsed by Manufacturing Africa.
